Refund policy
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please email us at help@fortacosmetics.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo or video showing the issue. If the defect is verified, we will send you a replacement at no charge.
We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective on a case-by-case basis. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
